History

Rusty has been painting with oils for over 25 years. He as always dubbled in art, drawing cartoon characters in his school days.

In the nineties he purchased a bus and travelled the country selling his art at markets and festivals (Tamworth country music and Baross Valley vintage festivals).

Turtle Turtle Study in oils on canvas board. Painted in 2000 and is one of the very few that Rusty painted in the next decade. This painting is displayed in his personal collection.	Lazy Roo This painting is from of a photo and is in a private collection.	Frillneck This frillneck was painted in the mid nineties and took 25 hours using a fine brush to complete. Painting is in a private collection.
Tree Frog on pan This pan was painted at Tamworth Country music festival where it was sold to another artist.	Kookabarra on bread board Kookaburra painted in the nineties on a bread board. Painting is in a private collection.	Galahs on trunk The trunk was consigned for a full restoration and the photo shows the completed lid. the size is 800mm x 1200.
